Since 1974, Halco Lighting Technologies has been manufacturing a complete line of ballasts and lamp types designed for residential, industrial/commercial as well as special lighting applications. Its product line consist of compact fluorescent, fluorescent electronic/electromagnetic, HID, plastic sign ballasts; covershield, linear fluorescent, halogen, HID incandescent, miniatures/sealed beam, photo/projection, LED (light emitting diode), accessories and recycling. Halco Lighting Technologies has partnered with National Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association, NEMA, National Association of Independent Lighting Distributors, NAED and IDEA.

Premier Exhibitions is in the business of developing and touring museum exhibitions. The company is known for its Titanic exhibitions, which it conducts through its wholly owned subsidiary, RMS Titanic, which honors the RMS Titanic liner. Premier Exhibitions is recognized as the salvor-in-possession of the Titanic wreck and has the right to recover items from the Titanic wreck site. Through its explorations, Premier Exhibitions has obtained oceanic material and scientific data, such as still photography and videotape, as well as artifacts from the Titanic wreck site, which lies more than 12,500 feet below the surface of the Atlantic Ocean, approximately 400 miles off the southern coast of Newfoundland. The company utilizes this data and the artifacts for historical verification, scientific education and public awareness. These activities generate income for the company through touring exhibitions, television programs and the sale of merchandise. Premier Exhibitions is headquartered in Atlanta.
