The customer service experience was HORRIBLE and unfortunately unbeknownst to me I was speaking with the manager. She was very rude from the time I walked up to the register to check out....

Imagine a fully stocked retail store that sells all items for $5 or less! This is not cheap, second-hand items but a variety of big brands and quality items with new stock and items arriving...
