Have not yet had a bad experience... when we've gone here, it's usually under not great circumstances - sick, hurt, etc - but always better once we leave.

My husband got bit by fire ants or a black widow... not sure. Within 15 minutes his mouth went numb, slurred speak, welts on his back and lastly he said he was wheezing!!! I flew to the Piedmont...
