HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called for curbside pick up and I waited way too long just for me to go inside and the lady tells me we're shortstaffed. Mind you I've been waiting for atleast 15 mins...

Wow...so disappointed watched at least 5 people walk out!! Do not do mobile order here...once you pay, you are stuck!! We had already paid, stuck behind a long line after the cashier finally...

My service has always been pretty good, I typically get the backyard bbq chicken pizza and it always comes out well my only issue is just the amount of wait time

This has to be the WORST Pizza Hut in Columbus! Everybody on the night shift HORRIBLE... from the manager on down to the team members! The slowest service EVER!
