Lanier Produce Lanier Produce opened for business in 1987 as a wholesale distributor and retail store. Since then, it has grown to be one of North Georgia's largest produce suppliers, serving Gainesville and the surrounding areas. The Tater Patch in Winder, Georgia was acquired as a second retail location in 1998. Lanier Produce's stores stock a large variety of fruits and vegetables, spring bedding plants, and fruit baskets.
