Through a network of affiliated chapters across the U.S., the organization engages in meaningful service and ministry, aiming to improve educational outcomes and cultivate future leaders.

With a commitment to under-resourced communities, Project Transformation annually involves 200 college-age young adults in impactful ministries, serving over 1,200 children and youth in various locations. Their efforts have shown significant results, with 97% of participants maintaining or improving their reading levels during the summer and 92% of alumni feeling prepared for leadership roles in their communities.
