I make appointment and when i arrive I have been waited on promptly and courteously by staff. If you are a walk-in you may have wait time, due to appointments, but that wait has never exceeded...

Short staff caused a big delay and a long wait for people. Staff did not accommodate for people who needed emergency assistance.
