Bad customer service. No shuttle service. When calling on the phone rings 2 times and then goes to voice mail. Will never use this place again for parking or staying.

we were waiting for the shuttle bus by the airport for 1/2 hour before calling and getting no response. another shuttle bus driver told us it'd be 15-20 more minutes so we waited. we called again...

It should be possible to give a zero star review. That said we entered the lobby and I heard this big fan just blowing hot air, the lobby reeked of tobacco although they claim it's a smoke-free...

Bedbugs are here please stay away from this hotel. It is terrible. It smells. The customer service is terrible. The TVs are small and barely work as well as bedbugs. Ate my girl up.
