This is a hidden gem of a whisky distillery. We first discovered it when we stayed at the Dillard House in 2017. We revisited yesterday to bring a haul back to Florida for Christmas gifts....

The hidden gem of all hidden gems! It is so cool inside. We had the best time tasting each of their whiskey's. All were amazing, especially the apple bourbon. Melissa was fun and made us feel at home.
