I've seen some bad reviews but both times i've been my experience has been great. As long as you make an appointment and complete the application online it should be pretty smooth.

Worst customer service ever. Applied to be my auntie new payee in April of 23'. Management told me it was a glitch in their system, back in June. Now it's August still no answers or benefits!!!!
