Jollay, Inc Our firm has been continuously involved on a local and national level with the development of the masonry industry since our inception. Since 1995, Jollay has also performed multiple projects with our joint venture company partner, Atlanta Masonry. Jollay is a full service masonry contractor based in the Metro Atlanta area, providing client-based contracting services throughout the Southeastern United States including Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Alabama, Virginia, Florida, and Tennessee. We have participated in many high profile projects that have required in-depth supervision, quality control, and design coordination. On select projects our company has provided design/build services in coordination with the architect, owner, and general contractor.
