Have had multiple pieces of jewelry repaired, resized, or modified and always been very happy. Was given a price of $285 from another jeweler to repair a very thin and distorted vintage gold...

Apparently they don't even know how to change a battery in a watch. A VERY BAD experience.

I brought my 4 watches here for a battery change and when I gave them to one of the employees who was a young girl who was assisting the owner, I saw she was struggling to open and close the watch...

Been here multiple times and have never been disappointed... would recommend it to anyone. Owners kids are really nice and friendly too.

Attentive service, unique selection, very fair prices - I couldn't be more pleased with the staff and this shop. I'll return often! Such a refreshing option compared to the big box stores.
