The Juicy Crab® story starts long before the opening of the Duluth, Georgia, first corporate restaurant in 2015. The Chen family's inspiration ultimately came from New Orleans and the world travels of Grandfather Chen. Grandfather Chen was a sailor who traveled the world learning many different styles and ways of cooking seafood. First impression: It needs to be cleaned. The front glass is greased with fingerprints, the floors are sticky, and the tables are fitted with gobs of soiled paper towels to stop them from rocking....

Food is always a 10 out 10. That service is a whole hit of a MISS! I need them to better and put those dang phones down. We had to beg for refills. Had to tell her we were ready to order TWICE!...

Slow service, decent food, nice ambiance I really enjoyed the juicy crab special but the sausage in the boil was not a good tasting or quality sausage and the eggs were overcooked.
