USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross-training, and track & field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today's kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17. Now more than ever, it's important to get creative with how we approach fitness with our kids. At USA Ninja Challenge, we've created a fun, challenging environment that boosts confidence and keeps kids moving at a level where they're comfortable. Our unique program focuses on proper muscle and joint conditioning and building strength and coordination. Our class program has 6 levels to master with a wide variety of progressions, drills, and challenges. Ninjas who demonstrate their mastery of skills advance to the next level of training. Each Ninja progresses according to their own abilities. The purpose of the program is to build children's self-esteem, confidence, and sense of accomplishment, one obstacle at a time. The program offers a progressive achievement system for skill sets utilizing obstacles such as slack lines, rope walls, climbing ropes, traverse obstacles, swinging rings, box jumping, and the iconic warped wall.
