Service was OK; but then there was no one else in the store. On December 10, 2025, I sent a package and although the girl who helped me was not exactly rude, she wasn't really pleasant either....

Forgetting the fact that this downtown location doesn't open until 9, the service was fast and friendly. I dropped off my package and was on my way in 5 minutes.

Customer service rep was rude and didn't give clear instructions. Very unhelpful. Definitely needs to check the attitude.
