Place is a rip off. They used to charge $1 for a piece of tape on every amazon return. Now they charging $2. Totally wrong. Its free return from amazon. Cant imagine what that equates too, but...

I paid them to pack, insure, and ship a package and it arrived broken. I do not recommend this location if you want to ship things that are fragile or could possibly be broken.

Read every negative review. Owner does nothing but make excuses and blames customers. Consider evaluating your practices and evaluate why your UPS store takes 5x as long as every other store....
