The pharmacy on Cleveland Hwy used to be professional in every way. Lately though it's been pretty awful. The pharmacy customer service doesn't even rate a 1.

My husband had a surgical procedure. The doctor's office called the Rx's into the wrong pharmacy. Should have been CVS. Was Called in at 12:42. We arrived at 1:23 and was told it was not ready...

it is inconceivable to me that while you would run out at lunch to pick up a much needed prescription, the pharmacy would be closed for lunch. let that sink in
