I needed some items removed before a house sale and I booked J. Brown Removal Services via Yelp. They were responsive, gave me a quote based on a picture and that quote was the amount I paid....

Very unreliable. Missed work and the driver didn't make it. Was rescheduled and they never made that date either. No response to texts or phone calls. I'd give no stars but it won't let me.
