History

Xiao's Way Noodle House is a new venture. Chef/Owners Hwang and Xiao have come from generations of honed culinary skill and tradition. Having run three successful restaurants in New Jersey, both were looking to retire in Georgia, but were inspired to start again once they encountered the people and atmosphere. They look forward to hearing you on your experiences with Xiao's Way.
