Why is is always so cold in Zaxbys? Otherwise, the service is always fast and friendly, with consistently great food. this is probably the best Zaxbys in the Dallas/Hiram area.

This could be the absolute worst Zaxby's about getting g your order correct. There is no way to check an order for 5 people in the drive through. And this is the 3rd time they have left items...

Stopped here for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The staff was friendly, yet young, and kept getting my daughter's order wrong. The food was good. My fried cobb salad was really good and filling....
