I got the loaded fries and they weren't even loaded. It was just fries and chicken. There wasn't any cheese or bacon and barely any ranch. Don't recommend eating at this one. Mars Hill is better.

This is the worst Zaxbys I've ever been to. The food is super cold. The front staff was awful. The kitchen looks disgusting. The upper management needs to address this asap.
