Went to Zaxby's after several months. Got sucked into their ads for a giant quesadilla. Ordered the bacon, chicken.ranch. It was almost devoid of cheese and if there was sauce it was undetectable....

There was a live roach in my bag...need I say more!? Oh wait, there's more! This place is dirty! It needs a good cleaning! Maybe wouldn't have roaches if it was cleaned...right!??? Nasty!

Service extremely slow. Food was fine. At normal zaxby's level. Just much slower than most other locations.
