Alexander at att is the absolute worse rep. Rude and his phone went off 2x with a loud BTS personal ring. Both times didn't matter it on silent. I gave him my license and he asked me for my name....

Been sitting in this store for an hour and a half to get a phone upgrade. There are three employees and only one other customer ahead of us. Never again coming to this location.
