The event catering division began catering to the diverse tastes of the northern Virginia, the District of Columbia and metropolitan Maryland areas. The in-flight catering division was the exclusive caterer for all of the private air traffic at Washington Dulles International Airport, catering to corporate executives, celebrities and domestic and foreign VIPs.
