History

Choose Heart was born in 2009, and has gone through many incarnations as my own personal & professional journeys have unfolded. Since then, I have worked with hundreds of individuals & couples, locally, nationally, and abroad; while also constantly adding to my professional trainings & specialties. All of this experience has served to evolve & refine the services I offer and ways in which I am able to offer them.

People who seek me out are seeking a deeper, fuller, richer life--a greater experience of their own Aliveness, often within the context of a challenging life moment. For this to happen, we must learn how to open & give ourselves more deeply, fully, & richly *into life itself*-it's a reciprocal relationship.
