Cozy Cat Lodge - Kailua

History

Our adventure began when we were unsuccessful in locating a suitable boarding facility for our own four-cat family. We looked at several places but all were commercial and inside without fresh air. At that time, each cat had to be in a separate cage and were forced to receive more shots that we would recommend or felt comfortable with. We declined. Lucky for us, our daughter, Nani, (who now owns and runs the Cozy Cat Lodge Kaneohe), stayed in our house while we were gone to cat sit for us. When we came back, we knew what we had to do. We knew there were other people just like us that did not want to leave their cats in a metal or glass cage, or keep them locked up in a building without fresh air.
