We checked in via email & still had to wait in line to get paperwork then waited over an hour to get the car. Horrible service! All they could say is that they r busy. Never using them again

Staff was friendly but... very under staffed. Waited 1.5 hours to check out car then another 1 hour down stairs waiting to get car. It should never take 3 hours to rent a car. They over book then...

They are criminals for making people wait over 3 hours in line to get their cars. It's such a simple process that for some reason they can't get right. Maybe having more than 2 or 3 people working...
