In less than an hour we got our synthetic oil change and tires rotated. Easy to work with and no hassles. Will definitely be back to do our brakes! Mahalo for a job well done.

Fast service, friendly and courteous staff, got both cars tires repaired and oil changed today

They do not answer the phone and do not listen to voice messages. Then you go there and they tell you that their next appointment is in 2 days.

If you have a better place to go for service, I suggest you go to another location other that Good Year in Mililani. If you do go there, expect to get ripped off and pay for parts and services...

Would have given zero stars if I could. Very bad service (they lie to you). Made an appointment to change 4 of my tires. Appointment was at 10 am arrived at 9:45 am and was told 11/2 to 2 hours....
