The Partners in Development Foundation offers a range of programs in the areas of education, economic development and community health for the residents of Hawaii. As a nonprofit foundation, it operates the Kokua Ohana program that supports foster families in collaboration with the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services. Established in 1997, the Partners in Development Foundation s Tech Together Program educates the students of sixth grade in the area of electronics.
