Went for a consultation & requested to sign a "contract" without reading it, not receiving a copy. Is this the norm? What did I sign for? My fault for not asking at that time!

Attachments for my invisalign falling off within hours after being placed. Reattached then happened again. So they said just proceed without them ... leaving me confused. Doc not on site. Poor...
