Went to L&L at Windward City Shopping Center and ordered the Seafood Mixed Plate. The Fried Shrimp was as hard as "ROCK"!!! How can they sell that!!! I'm very disappointed!!! That's one sure way...

This place is reliable for quick food and good portions. I usually call ahead and they have it ready for pickup in 10-15min. The loco moco was good and they have a lot of gravy, which is huge...
