Established in 1854, Manoa Elementary School provides academic instruction and learning options to more than 600 students in kindergarten through grade six. The school focuses on the social, emotional and physical development of children. It conducts classes in writing, math, history and Japanese language. Manoa Elementary School also offers cultural enrichment and gifted and talented education programs. The school operates the Association of Parents and Teachers, which works for student welfare.
