My 84 year old mom was at Gather Bank. Her battery went out. She walked over to Napa and ask if they could help her with a new battery. They said they would sell her a new battery, but not help...

Fast service and very helpful with testing equipment. They even offered to help me remove my old battery and install my new battery!

I called them at the last minute when I needed a battery . They were so nice and courteous on the phone. They had one in stock, and a really nice guy even installed it for me. Super professional!...
