Since 1970, Pacific Sausages Co. Inc. has been providing sausages available in the islands of Hawaii. It offers a wide variety of sausages, including Portuguese, Sweet Hawaiian Portuguese, Turkey Portuguese, German Bratwurst, Spicy Andouille Cajun, Filipino Longanesa, etc. The company tests all its products for Listeria, Generic E. Coli and Salmonella. All products testing is done in Pacific Sausages Co. Inc.'s in-house laboratory using state-of-the-art test kits. It also offers its products private organizations, churches or halaus fundraising, etc. Pacific Sausages Co. Inc. also packs and ships its products to the United States.
