I'm local and support local however Roy's Fishing Supply probably has THE WORST service topped with arrogance. They don't value customers. It's as if you don't exist or you're in their way....

In my experience, staff was always helpful here. I bought a pole here once and the guide ring on the tip came off. They repaired it for me no questions asked, and only for the cost of the guide...
