Our highly qualified staff of scientists, engineers and managers has an average of over 20 years experience supporting planning, investigation, research, development and conservation projects in Hawaii. Many of PCSI's personnel formerly worked for government regulatory organizations, providing us with an excellent understanding of the most effective approaches for meeting our clients' regulatory compliance needs.
