Such a fun find! Finished my book during Kauai vacay and needed another. Drove a ways to this spot. Great bookstore, pleasant service from the owner, and a nice blend of new and pre-owned books.

Talk Story Bookstore, the westernmost bookstore in the United States, has recently relocated from its longtime home in Hanapepe to a larger space in Kaumakani. The new location, originally built in 1946, carries with it a rich history and aims to maintain the unique character that its patrons have come to love.
