History
One day I decided I was finished teaching and I packed everything up and moved to Hawaii. I owned and ran a bed and breakfast there. After 5 years, I decided to move. I found the lovely town of Waxahachie. I am now baking again, but mostly by request.
Specialties
Gluten free and dairy free baked goods. Bread, bagels, sweet breads, cookies, pies, etc.
