I went to the Hawaii Kai location to train while visiting and was very impressed by the friendly owners and community, knowledgeable coaches, and fully loaded facility! I highly recommend this...

Corey Story was a gracious and informative instructor. The foundations class was easy to digest and also a great work put. Good positive atmosphere. Recommend 5 Stars!!!!!
