Turtle Crescent After picking up some poke from Foodland, we decided to find the nearest beach/park to picnic at, and Wahikuli Wayside Park was the closest one and fit the bill perfectly....

So many sights to see that are worth fitting into your stay. Pack your lunch needs and go exploring. I like to bring shoes that cover my toes as not to trip on rocks and other loose objects.

Great park Has a baseball field, batting cages (for kids only), plenty of shady trees to get a breather from Apollos chariot and a gorgeous view of the waterfront. Good for kids and dogs

We saw a lot of turtles. The surf get pretty rough in the afternoon but if you go in the morning it's great. Mostly go for the turtles.
