Had a terrible experience with Dawn Thorud. She refused to take responsibility or even apologize for major errors on her part that cost me a lot of money. I left feeling very unhappy and dismissed.

Nice shop - and great people! I was in town for business, and was having a bad hair day. :) Heather was able to squeeze me in - great cut and fantastic stylist! Highly recommend.
