I was on a 6 day tour and had a broken Brooks saddle. These guys had an old saddle to use for parts, had us on our way in half hour for a super reasonable price. Literally saved my butt! Friendly...

Incredibly indifferent and unhelpful. Maybe if I had been looking for a bike costing hundreds of dollars it would have been a different story. But a customer deserves to be treated with interest...
