Trailer got broken into over the winter and within the last 2 weeks was broken into again. security cameras are not working will never rent from them again

Passionately hate them. They have consistently scaled back service and availability while driving up price. No secret that these aren't climate controlled units, but mine leaked during heavy rain....

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are better storage places all over this city, who actually care about the customer. They messed up and took 100.00 from my bank account for rent...

Great customer service! Always responds and/or answers the phone, accommodating and friendly. My unit is east to access and very secure!
