Their prices are completely unacceptable. the work they do is ok I guess, but it should never under any circumstances cost $14 to dry clean a pair of pants.

Unreliable delivery, left clothes on the ground, terrible job cleaning clothes...so much so I took one item back and they had the audacity to charge me AGAIN and it still came back not clean!...
