Hello, I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I received my masters in social work from Northwest Nazarene University in 2013. I am certified in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) therapy. I specialize in treating trauma and helping people resolve various issues. My primary treatment modality is EMDR. I am a Certified First Responder Counselor. What does that mean:) I have additional training, experience and skills to work with first responders. I am culturally competent to work with first responders. I specialize and focus working with first responders, who are dear to my heart. I have been a licensed social worker for 30 years. My first career, of 19 years, was helping families and children who struggled with legal issues.
