The Idaho State Independent Living Council (SILC) is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life and independence for Idahoans with disabilities. It serves as a collaborative body, uniting individuals with disabilities, public agencies, and both non-profit and for-profit organizations to advocate for consumer-responsive, community-based services.
