Great local spot. As you know in north Meridian/star/eagle our places to work out are slim picking. Best you'll find in the area.

We don't live in Idaho, but we visit about every 3 months, and I was looking for a gym that I could go to on a short term basis periodically, and Idaho Fitness Factory had just the right program....

Relatively clean on the surface but the bathrooms and equipment look like they haven't been clean since they opened. I pay for a monthly membership yet the people who work here seem to not care...
