We are proud of our connections to our purveyors & guarantee fresh, quality products brought to our community. Our "from scratch" mentality means all produce comes in without processing, proteins come in whole, & all bread is baked in house, allowing our chefs to care for every ingredient through each step of the preparation process. Since opening in 2015, we've built valuable relationships with our guests & employees. With these relationships in mind, we have developed a system in which an equal level of importance is placed from the first to the last set of hands that contributes to your meal & overall experience.
