After 26 years as a registered nurse, I returned to school to become a nurse practitioner . I am trained in Family Practice and have spent the past 7 years treating homebound patients. I believe care where you are, i.e. house calls, is very important for people with chronic disease, difficulty leaving home, or difficulty with mobility to maximize their health. My goal is to provide high quality patient centered care that is dignified, kind, and respectful. I received additional training and a Certificate in Palliative Care from California State University. My palliative care training assist with chronic disease symptom management and palliative approaches to care.
