Remodeled removed self service drinks area and the ketchup dispenser now people with arthritis have to tear open a handful of packets not very customer friendly, not ever going back

Just ordered a mcchicken and they gave me an insane amount of mayonnaise and DISGUSTING lettuce. I won't ever eat here again. Quit being lazy. Go grab a new bag of lettuce.
